Booking Terms & Conditions
We strictly adhere to the appointment schedule. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that plans change and life can be unpredictable. This policy exists to protect your appointment time and ours. We appreciate your understanding and respect in this matter. To ensure I can provide the best service to all my guests, please review the Well Now booking policy.
BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure ALL appointments. Booking fees are to reserve your seat and the time of your hair therapist. Fees can only be credited to originally scheduled service appointments.

Booking fees are NOT automatically applied to service balances.

Booking fees are NOT credited in the event of a late reschedule or late cancellation as outlined below.

Booking fees are not credited to balance if appointment is more than 21 days from original reschedule date.
EMERGENCIES
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please contact Well Now directly as exceptions to this policy are considered at our sole discretion.
CANCELLATIONS
Well Now requires cancellation at least 72 hours (3 business days) before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations MUST be submitted through the booking system. Text and email messages accepted in the event of a booking system outage. The timestamp of your request determines whether the 72-hour window has been met.
If cancellation terms met, booking fee may be credited to account and can be used toward future services rendered within 21 days of cancellation date. Cancellation booking fees may be transferred upon request.
RESCHEDULING
Well Now requires at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice of reschedule before your scheduled appointment start time and date. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice at no additional charge, up to once per appointment. Reschedules within 48 hours forfeit booking or deposit fees. No credit will be issued toward future appointment balance.

Clients who reschedule the same appointment more than once are subject to service deposit fees on the third reschedule and beyond.

Deposit max up to 50% of estimated total service cost due on ALL future bookings after third reschedule of any service appointments.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will result in deposit forfeitures on all special event, VIP sessions, home visits, color, smoothing and extension services.
NO SHOWS
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Clients who no-show more than once will be permanently unable to book with Well Now Hair Studio.

A timely cancellation is a cancel request submitted 72 hours (3 business days) before your appointment start date and time. Fee could be credited to your account balance for up to 21 days upon request approval.

A late reschedule is a reschedule request not submitted within 48 hours (2 business days) of your original scheduled service start time. No credit issuance nor considerations applied. The policy windows exist to protect the time of everyone including clients on our waitlist.
